The new location, on 43rd Street between Lexington and Third Avenue, will open in early September and is part of the brand’s grand plan to expand (say that three times fast) to ten locations across the city.
Roti, which serves salads and sandwiches using fresh Mediterranean-inspired ingredients like roasted veggies and grilled chicken, is part of the growing contingent of healthy “fast casual” spots taking off in New York.
Recently opened Sweetgreen is already packed and opening a second location in Tribeca, where Mulberry & Vine recently opened; Dig Inns are popping up all over the place; and celeb chef Franklin Becker will debut his contribution to the category, The Little Beet, this fall.
