This time of year, it's critically important to have a few stress-relieving tricks up your sleeve. For some, that means going on a morning run; for others, that means taking the time to journal every night before bed. But for Kendall Jenner, it means whipping out a bottle of Saje Natural Wellness Stress Release Essential Oil Roll-On ($28).

In a recent interview with Vogue Germany, the supermodel revealed that she keeps a bottle of the stress-relieving oil in her bag at all times. This one is Stress Release, which I need all the time. It smells good, feels good, and make me happy. Good vibes," she said.

The formula includes a blend of natural essential oils that will help you find calm. It's made with lavender and chamomile, which are considered two of the "big five" stress-reducing ingredients (along with oat, passionflower, and lemon balm). Lavender contains a terpene called linalool that gives it muscle-relaxing and mood-lifting properties, and research has shown that chamomile can reduce symptoms of anxiety over time. There's also orange essential oil in the mix, which can further help to quell stress and boost your mood.

Though sniffing away your stress may seem like a too-good-to-be-true solution, there are actually some legit, science-backed benefits to keeping a "functional fragrance," like this one, on hand. "Our sense of smell is intricately linked to the olfactory center of our brain—in fact, our sense of smell is only one synaptic jump from our emotional brain which controls our stress response," Amy Galper, an aromatherapy expert, previously told Well+Good. Because of this, inhaling calming scents is one of the fastest ways to alter your emotional state.

Saje's elixir comes in an easy-to-use rollerball format, which is perfect for tossing into your tote and dabbing onto your pressure points whenever you start to feel overwhelmed. You can also apply it to a tissue and inhale it before bed (there's a reason why so many of these ingredients are often found in sleepy-time sprays!), pour it into the bath, or add a few drops to your humidifier to turn your space into a stress-relieving haven. No matter how you choose to use it, the result will be the same, and you'll be able to get through the holidays with as little angst as possible.
