Calling all rockstars and warriors looking to sweat without tapping it back: This summer, SoulCycle is offering full-body workouts off the bike at its East Hampton studio.
The SoulSummer Body classes will be taught during July and August by some of Soul’s fave teachers including Akin Akman, Emily Turner, and master instructor Rique Uresti.
The workouts will vary by instructor: Turner’s will mix mountain climbers, lunges, and squats, and will be the only one that incorporates the bike for sprints, while Akman and Uresti promise boot-camp-style workouts using Bosu balls, your own body weight, and those good old-fashioned booty-toning steps.
Riders can use their regular Hamptons series to book—the price ($40 a la carte) and sign-up process are the same for both cycling and SoulSummer Body.
It’s also not the first time Soul East Hampton has added no-bike workouts to its summer lineup. A few years ago, the lower level studio space hosted yoga with Hilaria Baldwin. —Molly Gallagher
