Call it the original detox. And by “original,” we mean over 5,000 years old. Ayurveda, India’s ancient holistic medicinal system, emphasizes eating for your body type, or dosha, to heal the body and restore balance.

Don’t know your dosha from your downward dog? Pure Yoga is hosting a complimentary Intro to Ayurveda, followed by a one-hour yoga class. Your first lesson: Both practices open blocked chakras (AKA energy centers in the body).
