I love sitting up in bed for just a few moments and doing a simple meditation. It’s a quick practice that really puts my day in a positive mode.

Sometimes I’ll make a smoothie at home before class and sometimes I’m not hungry until after, so I eat depending on how I feel that day. At home, my smoothie of choice is a Green Dream with spinach, banana, and almond milk.

I toss on yoga gear from my Reebok collab and head out. My husband, Mike, and I love having a morning walk to connect and ease into the day. We grab a coffee at Ground Support and head to Strala.

People start turning up around 7:30 and I love to chat with and connect with them.

After class, it’s time to fuel up. I usually head to Juice Generation for a meal-smoothie of spinach, avocado, banana, peanut butter, kale, and almond milk. It’s important to get the goodness into my body.
