In June, pair your Sunday morning workout with positive affirmations during class with IntenSati master instructor Natalia Petrzela and get some serious toning in with Physique 57’s master instructor Alicia Weihl, who has a playground ball (AKA thigh-sculpting tool) with your name on it.
