It’s about to get hot on the city’s sidewalks and subway platforms—and inside Athleta’s New York stores.

That’s because for the summer months of our Sweat Series, we’ve curated a sizzling line-up of classes and instructors you won’t want to miss.

In June, pair your Sunday morning workout with positive affirmations during class with IntenSati master instructor Natalia Petrzela and get some serious toning in with Physique 57’s master instructor Alicia Weihl, who has a playground ball (AKA thigh-sculpting tool) with your name on it.

Then, get ready for the exclusive opportunity to sweat with top instructors from other fitness cities who’ve created mind-blowing, must-try workouts: In July, we’ll welcome the founders of the wildly popular drumstick workout, POUND, Cristina Peerenboom and Kirsten Potenza.

And August means a visit from Lauren Boggi, the creator of Philly’s fave boutique workout, Lithe Method, a method based on cardio cheer sculpting. (You heard us right!)

At each summer session, you’ll be treated to healthy refreshments and skin-care goodies and take home a Sweat Series tote (which practically has “beach” written on it). You’ll also get the chance to win a $100 Athleta gift card (bikini cash!) and time to shop the store’s amazing summer apparel before the store opens to the public. Plus Well+Good editors are always there, too.

Bring friends or come for Sunday morning me-time. Either way, you’ll leave feeling happy-sweaty, the perfect post-workout state of endorphin-filled accomplishment. And what better way to head off to brunch?
