wood yoga mat Welcome to our weekly roundup of wellness tidbits, healthy hints we heard whispered through the grapevine, and new places and products that caught our eye. Happy Friday!

Trompe l’oeil yoga mats. Plank’s Art-On-Mat series ($95), made from sustainable rubber, look like a rough-hewn farmhouse floor (pictured), a grassy patch complete with garden snake, or a bathroom floor with your no-longer-needed anti-anxiety meds spilled over it.

Thursday at 2:15, Soho YogaWorks.
