Between all the potluck dinners, champagne toasts, and sugar-loaded treats in your holiday party lineup, you may be ready to take a nap until 2017.

Yep, you’re not imagining it: This time of year can take a serious toll on your body and mind—which is why the Samsung 837 X Wanderlust event series will be your wellness lifeline.

Wanderlust is bringing its creative, high-minded spin to Samsung 837’s high-tech community space with a succession of free events all season long. Think: centering meditation sessions, yoga classes for a total body-reset, and energizing fitness workouts—all taught by some of New York City’s buzziest instructors.

So far, we’ve hit up a meditation master class with Ally Bogard and an upbeat yoga flow with Lauren Imparato—but don’t worry, there’s still lots more to come. As in, three classes a week into 2017, all held in the a.m. so you can get grounded before you head into the office.

Scroll down for our top picks for mindfulness events you won’t want to miss this season.
