Two of the city’s star yoga teachers roll out their mats in Jill Platner’s Soho boutique

Elena Brower and Schuyler Grant are teaching free classes at the yogi-beloved jewelry boutique.

This Friday, Kula Yoga founder Schuyler Grant and Virayoga owner Elena Brower are rolling out their mats to teach classes in an unusual space—Jill Platner’s Soho jewelry boutique.

This is good news for you, because it means a chance to practice with two of the city’s best teachers—for free.

The classes are part of the store’s first Health and Wellness Day, which will also feature a Hyde Yoga trunk show, refreshments from Tumeric Alive, and 15 percent off  jewelry in store.

This is also good news, since discounts on Platner’s yogi-beloved pieces are almost unheard of. Perhaps you just found a reason to request a summer Friday?

Friday, August 3, 11:00 a.m—7:00 p.m., 113 Crosby Street (between Prince and Lafayette), Soho, 11:00 a.m class with Schuyler Grant, 4:30 p.m. class with Elena Brower, RSVP to [email protected] to reserve a spot, BYOM (mat).
