Slam it to the left, shake it to the right—and then hit the treadmill for a four-mile run? If you’re former Spice Girl and fashion designer Victoria Beckham, then yes.

The trim-and-toned (and undeniably posh) star stays fit by running four miles a day (at 6 a.m. no less), lifting weights, and taking ballet classes, The Examiner reports. Like Elle Macpherson, she is also a longtime follower of the alkaline diet, which is heavy on foods that help you regulate your pH (and thus cut down on inflammation, the theory goes) like green vegetables, fruits, beans, lentils, and nuts. Plus, Beckham is also a recent sneaker convert, and has ditched her famously fabulous six-inch heels in favor of more practical (but still chic) footwear.

Yet again, stars are just like us. Early morning workouts? Check. Healthy, veggie-heavy diet? Check. Cute kicks? Definite check. Now all we’re missing is a side of David Beckham.
