W Hotels teams up with Cooler Cleanse for a detox package

Everyone's doing a juice cleanse in New York, including the tourists.

Everyone’s doing a juice cleanse in New York, including the tourists.

This week, the four W Hotels in New York began offering guests a detox-related amenity beyond Bliss soaps in the rooms—cold-pressed juice from Cooler Cleanse.

Guests can book Juice for a Day, a six-pack of nutritionally charged juices, or the Raw Cooler system, a mix of  juices and raw-food items—along with tickets to “Book of Mormon” and dinner reservations at Babbo. (Oh, wait…)

We could see globetrotting business types who live on the road—and in restaurants—taking some digestive comfort in a day off of their usual decadence. But for the rest of the visitors to New York, that’s kind of why they’re here. —Melisse Gelula

The Detox to Retox package starts at $289 a night and is available through February 28, www.whotelsnewyork.com/detox
