Alyson Charles | TV host and conscious lifestyle expert, @rockstarshaman
Alyson went from being a national champion athlete, radio and national television talk show host, to aligning with her calling as a shaman after a traumatic moment. Since then, she’s focused on sharing ancient sacred wisdom and divine energy to be a powerful catalyst for change in the world. The Rockstar Shaman is a regular Well+Good contributor, providing a monthly energy forecast as well as guidance, tips and journeys on Amazon’s smart home technology, Alexa. Alyson recently made history as the first person to perform on stage at the HBO Film Festival, where she guided a meditation for over 10,000 people.

An internationally-renowned wellness writer and chef, Candice was born and raised in California to a Japanese mother and a Polish-American father. She is a member of the Well+Good Council, and is the five-time, best-selling author of Clean Green Eats, Clean Green Drinks, Pretty Delicious, Cook Yourself Sexy, and Cook Yourself Thin. This year, Candice will be co-leading Well+Good’s inaugural retreat at The Avalon Palm Springs, and has partnered with Well+Good’s (Re)New Year in creating five weeks of healthy, plant-based recipes. A Top Chef alumna, Candice appears regularly on The Food Network. Candice is a former model, lover of vegan cake baking, matcha, her cat Sis, and sneakers. Her new book, Kintsugi Wellness, launches in March 2018.

Latham Thomas | Self-care expert, author and Mama Glow founder
Latham is a celebrity wellness expert and birth doula who is leading a self-care movement that teaches women to “mother themselves first”. She is the founder of Mama Glow, a lifestyle brand and website offering inspiration, education and holistic services for expectant and new mothers. A graduate of Columbia University and The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Latham serves on the Tufts University Nutrition Council as well as the Well+Good Council. Latham is best-selling author of Mama Glow: A Hip Guide to Your Fabulous Abundant Pregnancy and in September she released her second book, Own Your Glow: A Soulful Guide to Luminous Living And Crowning The Queen Within. Latham will be opening her own Glow Studio for yoga, wellness, and self-care that you’ll soon be able to read about on Well+Good. She is the proud mother of 14-year-old DJ prodigy and entrepreneur, DJ Fulano.
