Win the ultimate fall fitness party at Chaise23!

Who doesn't love working out with friends? Here's a chance to host a fitness party for nine BFFs at Chaise23, one of the city's most innovative new studios.

Who doesn’t love working out with friends? Here’s a chance to host a fitness party for you and nine BFFs at Chaise23, one of the city’s most innovative  boutique studios.

At Chaise23, workouts take place on a tricked-out Pilates Wunda chair. Lauren Piskin, the method’s creator, will have you piking on the chair using your core and pulling resistance bands from the ceiling using everything you’ve got.

You and your guests will be treated to a one-hour class with Chaise23 creator and fitness guru, Lauren Piskin.

Classes bring Pilates into the world of heart-pumping, music-blasting boutique fitness—perfect for a party!

Have a favorite song you like to sweat to? The Chaise23 DJ will create a special playlist based on the music you love.

Post workout, you and your friends will get to sip on smoothies made by health coach and nutritionist Sara Jane Mercer, while she shares healthy snacking tips.

How psyched will your friends be to get this invite from you?

To be entered to win, head to Well+Good’s Facebook page and tell us what your fall fitness goals are. You have until Friday at noon to enter the contest. The winner will be announced at 5:00 on Friday, September 21 on our Facebook page.

And if you really want to win this prize, tell your friends to enter, too—presumably they’ll invite you to their Chaise23 party if they win!

Good luck! (And, to the winner, please invite us!)

Chaise23, 40 E. 23rd Street, between Madison and Park, 3rd Floor, 212-432-6100,
