If you recently went through a bad break-up and are stocking your freezer with ice cream for processing it, good news: you can now call it a “cleanse” (though you might want to do this instead).
Okay, it’s non-dairy, raw, organic ice cream made with nutrition powerhouse coconut oil, but it’s pretty safe to say that eating nothing but ice cream for several days is not going to lead to “cleansing” in any sense of the term (unless you’re switching over from an all-pizza diet?).
