Following on the heels of our popular Yoga for Runners event after the NYC Marathon, Well+Good has teamed up with JackRabbit Sports and YogaWorks to create a FREE monthly in-store yoga class at JackRabbit’s 14th Street location.

A schedule of classes will be announced shortly, but for now we can tell you that the first one will be this Saturday from 8:30-9:30 a.m.

Former marathoner, and senior YogaWorks instructor, Elizabeth Neuse, who will be teaching the class, says, “A regular yoga practice is a fantastic adjunct to running, because yoga greatly improves flexibility, strength, posture, breath capacity and mental concentration—everything runners needs to improve their competitive edge and stay injury-free.”

When: Saturday, January 8th at 8:30 a.m. (before the store opens!) After the one-hour yoga practice, please stick around for discounted shopping.

Where: JackRabbit Sports, 42 West 14th Street (between 5th and 6th Avenues), 212-727-2980

RSVP: Space is limited. Please RSVP to [email protected]. You will receive an email confirming your spot. And note, this event is BYO(M)att. Thanks!
