Lengthen your stride at Yoga for Athletes

Well+Good has teamed up with JackRabbit Sports and YogaWorks to create a free monthly in-store yoga class at JackRabbit Sports’ 14th Street location. And the next class is this Saturday!

Alie Carey, a YogaWorks teacher who’s also a runner and former Lacrosse player, will be teaching the class. “Yoga is a natural complement for any kind of athletic training—it opens up and lengthens overused muscles, releases lactic acid, and protects joints and increases range of motion,” explains Carey.

When: Saturday, April 9 at 8:30 a.m. (Before the store opens!) After the one-hour yoga practice, please stick around for discounted shopping.

Where: JackRabbit Sports, 42 West 14th Street, between 5th and 6th Aves., 212-727-2980

RSVP: Space is limited. Please RSVP to custserv@jackrabbitsports.com. You will receive an email confirming your spot. And note, this event is BYO(M)at. Thanks!
