Aries (March 21–April 19)
Because your Sun is buzzing at rocket speed in a Gemini domain, you will need help with concentration. Fish is brain food and the omega 3 fatty acids it contains will do wonders for keeping a sharp focus and enhancing memory. Also, June will will be quite an auspicious time to strengthen your relationships through communication, as Mercury and Venus feel at home and join hands.

Taurus (April 20–May 20)
Your stubborn and sometimes bully-like behavior will soften as Saturn and Neptune are in total harmony all month. This fantastic and fortuitous alignment will help smooth over past platonic and non-platonic disputes. June will also be the perfect time to ease your resistance to group exercise and increased strength can be found in fellow Taurus Anthony Cunanan’s 30/60/90 class at Equinox.

Gemini (May 21–June 21)
At last, a reprieve from the challenges of the last four months. The world is yours all month. Mighty Mars has given you your mojo back—just be careful not to be push too hard. You are the swimmers of the zodiac. And with all this extra energy this month, the time has come to get your boogie on and Bodyboard.

Cancer (June 22–July 21)
Like your friend Taurus, the bull, you crabs have a chance to get out of your own way and embrace the beautiful and harmonious alignment of Saturn and Neptune. June is a time to strike the perfect balance between heart and mind. A career-turning point is dawning, and you must be ready. A personal trainer who understands balance would do wonders for you now. Balanced Libra, Bobby Ammirato, Equinox’s amazing if not best personal trainer, is ideal.

Leo (July 22–August 22) 
Shades of Gemini this month greet you with a much needed reprieve. You can find peace and quiet as Venus resides in your solar 12th house, acting as a guardian angel. Fellow Leo and creator of SLT, Amanda Freeman, could heal and assist you, as you continue on this arduous Saturn journey by helping you stay true to your Leo nature…tall and proud.

Virgo (August 23–September 21)
The first ten days of the month may be difficult. After that you will be positioned to write your own ticket. June is about building new bridges, alliances, and acquaintances. The old adage “the kindness of strangers” is your line this month. Group exercise, especially after the 15th, will serve you well. Without question, fellow Virgo superstar Brett Hoebel’s spin class at Flywheel is where you need to be.

Libra (September 22–October 22)
Libra is an air sign, and many of you air signs (Gemini and Aquarius) have an aversion to water. Libra rules the kidneys, so simply…drink more water! Especially as health issues may arise the first part of the month. However, your energy and personal power is very strong this month. Career goals are now more focused, and you are so ready to take your place at center stage. You are almost there… A famous line from Jack Benny sums up where you are: “How do you get to Carnegie Hall? Practice practice practice.”

Scorpio (October 23–November 22)
Water signs (Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces) have the hardest time with addiction: Scorpio’s poison is alcohol. Pisces, drugs. And Cancer, food. Many of you will not feel inclined to work out the month as inertia settles in. Fight it. Excessive drinking will not help, a meditation class will do wonders, as will letting go during an intense ride at SoulCycle with fellow Scorpio, Rique Uresti.

Sagittarius (November 23–December 21)
You are the Pituitary kids. Your ruler is Jupiter, and she governs the master gland, the Pituitary. If you were to look at the birth charts of athletes, there is always a strong presence of Jupiter. This month (like last month), there is a great need to take care of your health and make sure you are including more vegetables in your diet. You need to be looking and feeling good, as love and money come to you after the 15th. Keep in check your natural proclivity for excess, and instead shred it and treadmill at a Sagittarius’ sanctuary, Barry’s Bootcamp.

Capricorn (December 21–January 20)
Your problem area is the knees, and this month you may find yourself in a very busy place and pace, so you might want to have them checked out June. In the big big picture, it is an excellent month for you. Many opportunities in business and real estate are looming, and you will need your game on. Aquarius (January 21–February 18)
Your Sun, along with Mars and Jupiter, are broadcasting love and passion all month. If you are in a staid relationship, singing the blues that the thrill is gone from yesterday’s kiss, you can now easily change that tune to “Today Was a Fairytale” by Taylor Swift. June may find you making some serious financial decisions, so you will need to be calm and collected. Less coffee and more herbal tea is critical.

Pisces (February 19–March 20 )
Like Leo and Gemini, you get and deserve a break. Be patient, and after the 10th, problems will begin to lift. The latter part of the month will have you merging your psychic abilities and your business ones, and it will  allow you to make great progress in areas of speculation such as Wall Street and real estate. You are known for a strong sixth sense and it will magnify greatly by month’s end. Mars is paving the perfect road for you to run, and giving you the chance and the energy to reach a personal best.
