Ever since Barry’s Bootcamp opened earlier this month, one member of our staff (Alexia) has been obsessed.

The treadmill-based workout, with strength-training circuits, is the fitness crush of Hollywood celebs who need to get in shape fast. Now the high-octane boutique fitness studio is making its East Coast debut in Chelsea.

We’re hosting a special class for Well+Good subscribers to test-drive this killer interval workout. Joey Gonzalez will teach the Full Body class. (Barry’s classes alternate between Arms & Abs, Butt & Legs, Chest & Abs, Back & Shoulders, and Full Body).

When: Thursday, June 23, 12:30–1:30. This power lunch will leave you drenched, not soused. Barry’s Bootcamp has three showers, so you can freshen up before heading back to work, and a smoothie bar.
