If you haven't yet realized that Alicia Silverstone is incredibly into wellness, you're totally buggin'.

The actress and founder of The Kind Life has written two books about her healthy lifestyle (one on vegan eating), begins her day by doing kegels, and believes in forest bathing. So it's not surprising that Silverstone—who's now an ambassador for MyKind Organics gummies—has her own unique juice recipe that she swears by to satisfy her sweet tooth. "If I want to relax and curb my sweet cravings, I would have either a carrot-orange-turmeric juice or a sweet kuzu drink," she says.

"If I want to relax and curb my sweet cravings, I would have either a carrot-orange-turmeric juice or a sweet kuzu drink."

You likely know and love turmeric for its anti-inflammatory properties, but kuzu isn't as widely known. Clueless about the ingredient? Keri Glassman, MS, RDN, and founder of Nutritious Life, has got you covered: "Kuzu's a root that has healing properties such as reducing symptoms of a cold," she says. Popular in ancient Chinese medicine, it's also been linked to calming nerves and easing digestive woes.

By drinking her wellness elixirs and sticking with a healthy diet, Silverstone swears she's able to de-stress, "have tons of energy," and get a complexion that "glows." Now that's nothing to say "as if" to.
