When it comes to sunrise rituals, supermodel Behati Prinsloo Levine has hers down pat: “I love making smoothies,” says the new mom and wife of rocker Adam Levine. One of her favorite ingredients? Avocado (duh).

Packed with antioxidants, healthy fats, vitamins A, B, C, E, K, and biotin, the fruit is truly beneficial both inside and out. “I feel like [it’s] just good for everything,” says the 28-year-old Namibian beauty. (One of her go-to morning smoothies includes avocado, kale or spinach, pear, coconut water, lemon juice, flax seed, and coconut oil.)

However, Prinsloo Levine says she’s been switching up her breakfast routine lately. “I love to experiment with different things,” explains the SK-II skincare ambassador, who credits celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak with inspiring a lot of her at-home blending adventures. “He has this amazing book about smoothies, so sometimes we look at his recipes to get ideas. We’re a big smoothie family.”

Right now, the runway walker reveals her favorite is a healthy drink that’s high in calcium and vitamin D. “It’s the best,” she says. And with only seven ingredients, it’s super simple, too.

Behati Prinsloo Levine’s Calcium-Rich Smoothie Recipe

Yields 1 serving

Ingredients
1 cup plain yogurt (Prinsloo Levine uses Siggi’s plain Greek yogurt.)
1 cup almond milk
1 1/2 red apples sliced
10 grapes
10 almonds
Dash of cinnamon
1 scoop Sun Warrior Raw Vegan Protein

1. Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!
