This time of year, it’s common to take a lot of foods off the table: sugar, carbs, dairy…And spoiler alert: Restricting your diet isn’t easy. Wouldn’t it be nice if you could reset your eating habits while still having creamy mac and cheese, nourishing soups, and yummy noodle dishes? Classically trained wellness chef, best-selling cookbook author, and Well+Good Council member Candice Kumai is here to tell you that you can.

For the next five weeks, the plant-based eating queen will share her favorite breakfast, lunch, and dinner recipes so you have something healthy and delish for every single meal until February. This isn’t “diet food” or a plan focused on a quick fix. Instead, each week will fall under a specific theme meant to be carried out long term.
