With her love of vegan breakfast burritos and preference of sudoku and bubble baths over a night of cocktails, Emmy Rossum would fit right in with any healthy #girlgang. She always seems to make time for wellness activities, no matter where she is or what she's doing, and her energy and dedication are inspiring (okay, okay, no more gushing). The actress's latest healthy endeavor is Whole30, and—based on a recent Instagram post—one thing's for sure: Her meal-prep game is strong.

Rossum recently posted the fruits (and veggies and proteins) of her meal-prep labor, and the results will make you want to whip out your best cookware ASAP. She flavored some salmon using the kosher sea salt brand M Salt, made the Defined Dish's crab cake recipe (which only takes a total of 30 minutes, by the way!), and baked cheese-less pesto chicken using just seven ingredients: basil, extra-virgin olive oil, walnuts, garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

That's just the beginning, though: She also packed in delicious, filling sides and yummy snacks. (Asparagus, sweet potatoes, and Brussels sprouts, oh my!). And there are plenty of blackberries, walnuts, halved grapefruit, nectarines, and eggs to keep her satisfied throughout the day, too.

Basically, Rossum is providing all the inspo you need to meal prep for the upcoming week. Whole30 has never looked so easy—and delicious.
