Falling a little short on your daily fruit and veggie intake? Introducing the Nutri-burger: a superfood-filled feast that uses 50 (seriously) super-healthy ingredients.

Created by chef and nutritionist Libby Limon, the “World’s Healthiest Burger,” as she calls it, is served up with purple and orange sweet potato fries and a thick chocolate shake—made of cacao, bee pollen, and activated nuts, of course. The whole feast is not only vegetarian, but also gluten- and dairy-free, and adds up to more than the recommended daily consumption of five fruits and vegetables, fiber, vitamins A and C, and iodine.

So, what’s in it? The list of rockstar healthy ingredients ranges from beets, quinoa, and natto (a Japanese food made of fermented soybeans) to avocado oilblack beans, prunes, turmeric, and seaweed. And it’s all served up on a matcha gluten-free brioche bun.

Limon created the burger exclusively for Groupon, and the site offers the chance to “buy” the burger for free, by entering you into a contest to try it at Magpie and Stump, a local pub in London.

As part of your entry, you’ll also get a free downloadable recipe of the meal if you’re brave enough to make it for yourself—and if so, please take a picture so we can see!

Can’t wait to get your hands on the superfood burger? Try these five insanely delicious veggie burgers to tide you over. And how about some vegan ice cream for dessert? Here are four-ingredient ‘nice cream’ recipes that might just change your life.
