How to transform your favorite kombucha into a crowd-pleasing boozy punch

Normally, party drinks aren’t exactly easy on the gut. A major buzzkill: alcohol actually kills the good bacteria. Leave it to Pamela Wiznitzer, one of America’s Top Female Mixologists, to find a way to bring a bit more balance with a big bubbly brew of kombucha punch.

The best part about this drink, besides how happy your gut will be, is you can mix in whatever kombucha your heart desires, whether you’re a sweet, spicy, or classic ‘booch drinker. “Kombucha party punch is so easy, a crowd pleaser, and best of all, it’s you can switch it up with your fave flavor of kombucha,” says Well+Good video producer Ella Dove, who brought the recipe to life on video.

Kombucha punch

Ingredients

  • 270 ml rum
  • 90 ml cointreau
  • 130 ml lemon juice
  • 270 ml kombucha flavor of your choice
  • 90 ml honey syrup

Instructions

  1. Pour all ingredients in a pitcher filled halfway with ice. Stir well.

  2. Add a few orange slices into the drink.

  3. Garnish with candied ginger and an orange slice.
