Cleanses: The struggle is real. In an all-too-familiar move, Kylie Jenner (the youngest of the Kardashian-Jenner brood) recently decided to embark on a one-day juice cleanse—only to abandon said cleanse just a few hours later. And naturally it was all thoroughly documented on Snapchat, starting with pictures of her Pressed Juicery bottles and ending on, well, rolls of sushi.
So the next time you’re sitting at your desk, sipping on your fourth juice of the day and you just can’t…power…through, no worries. Neither could Kylie. And if a Kardashian without a 9-5, family responsibilities, or concerns about making rent this month can’t make it a few hours on a juice cleanse, then we shouldn’t feel so guilty about coming up short on our healthy goals once in a while.
Some friendly advice for Jenner (from those who have been there): Start smarter or smaller next time. Opt for a fiber-packed soup cleanse, or try cutting out sugar for two weeks. You can still Snap the entire time.
