Low-Sugar Plum Fairy Cocktail
Makes 4 servings
1 oz. vodka
1 oz. sugar plum syrup, recipe below
1/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
Top with club soda
1. To make the sugar plum syrup, combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Boil for 5 minutes or until sugar is dissolved and plums have softened. Strain, pressing plums to extract as much liquid as possible.
2. Combine vodka, sugar plum syrup, and lemon juice in a rocks glass over ice. Top with sparkling water or club soda. Toast and enjoy!
