Recipe: Mid-Day Molokai Mocktail

If you want to be the office hero, bring in a couple bottles of Bai5 Molokai Coconut, limes, and mint to whip up this flavorful spritzer and get you and your co-workers through the midday slump. Bonus points for fancy straws.

YIELD: Makes 2 servings


  • 1 bottle Bai5 Molokai Coconut
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 8 oz seltzer water
  • 12 sprigs mint
  • 1 lime


Divide mint into two glasses. Squeeze the juice of 1/2 lime into each glass and muddle together. Divide ice into each glass and pour even amounts of Molokai Coconut into both glasses. Stir together well and top with 4 oz of seltzer in each, stir again and enjoy.
