Sometimes you're scrolling mindlessly through Instagram when something really catches your attention. And today that something just so happened to be a version of the stuffed avocado snack trend I've never seen before.

Bethany Ugarte, the blogger behind Lilsipper, is always dreaming up creative recipes, and this one is likely dropping jaws all across the internet. In one of her recent Instagram posts, she shared a stuffed avocado snack that she says is basically the cousin of the chocolate- or nut butter-filled dessert version. This time, the green fruit is filled with cream cheese or Greek yogurt and covered with hemp hearts for the most delicious healthy fat bomb ever created. On top of that, you're also getting a protein boost, as a single serving of Greek yogurt contains 20 grams.

To make this healthy fat-loaded (and covered!) snack, Ugarte says to first cut the avocado in half lengthwise like you normally would. Then, remove the pit and carefully peel away the avocado skin. Now comes the fun part: Fill it with cream cheese or Greek yogurt—whichever you prefer. You can also get the same great taste and texture using non-dairy versions, like Kite Hill's almond milk cream cheese and So Delicious' coconut milk yogurt.

After sealing the two parts of the avocado back together, all you need to do to finish things off is crust it with hemp hearts, or any other seed you prefer. Personally, I'm already dreaming of rolling my stuffed avo in a little Everything But the Bagel Seasoning. Whichever combo you end up with, it'll be healthy, delicious, and certainly a snack you've never tried before.
