Trader Joe’s Sweet Corn Raviolis Are Basically a Summer Salad in Pasta Form

How many times have you stared at your salad wishing it would magically transform into a big bowl of pasta? While both meals are great, they're undeniably better together—and that's where your favorite healthy grocer comes in. Trader Joe's sweet corn ravioli is back, and it's essentially a summer salad in pasta form. Yep, dreams do come true.

The Sweet Corn, Burrata, & Basil Ravioli contains ricotta and burrata cheese, sweet corn, and basil. You get two servings per container, and each contains 9 grams of protein, 100 mg of calcium, 30 grams of carbs, and 7 grams of fat. Not too shabby for a mouth-watering seasonal feast, huh? Because they're so loaded with flavor, there are so many different ways you can make them. (And none of them involve smothering them with salad dressing.)

After cooking up your package of Trader Joe's ravioli, which only takes about five minutes, drain it and you're good to go. Because the flavor of the ravioli is already pretty bold as is, you don't need to do much in order to have a tasty meal on your plate. You can keep things simple by drizzling them with oil, tossing them in a light cream sauce with some veggies, and if you're a big basil fan, tossing them in a homemade pesto. Or if you'd rather eat them appetizer-style, you can also pop them in the air fryer and crisp them up, then dip them—and all of their melty cheese perfection!—in a sauce of your choosing.

Because Trader Joe's ravioli is a seasonal item, it's only available for a limited time (aka stock up while you still can). One thing's for sure, though. Once you get your hands on them, you'll never look at your plain ol' summer salads the same way ever again.

This isn't the only way to enjoy corn this summer. Try this vegan Mexican street corn recipe, too:
