Every year, you vow this will be the holiday season you take it easy. But one ugly sweater party with sugary punch here, and another fancy bash with endless white wine there, and suddenly you’re sleeping through your morning yoga class and sending your friends frantic SOS texts pleading for coconut water.

You’re not alone. In a recent study, 45 percent of drinkers agreed that it’s hard to be social and follow a wellness routine—especially when most engagements revolve around high-sugar, calorie-laden drinks and snacks (otherwise known as #thestruggle).

Thankfully, there’s now a cleaner way to tackle the party circuit. And if you prefer your beverages bubbly, lightly sweetened, and super refreshing, Truly Spiked & Sparkling has done all the work for you.

The upgraded spiked sparkling water has only 1 gram of sugars and 100 calories, plus 5 percent alcohol by volume per bottle (compared to 11 percent or more for wine). So you can still enjoy a bubbly adult beverage, without the crash.

Truly Spiked & Sparkling starts with all-natural cane sugar and yeast. The yeast eats away at the simple sugars to create alcohol and slight carbonation, in a process experts like to call fermentation (aha, so that’s what that means!). Next, it’s triple-filtered to create a crystal-clear base, and then it’s carbonated for a fizzy finish.

With four different styles (crisp Colima Lime, tangy Grapefruit and Pomelo, juicy Pomegranate, and citrusy Sicilian Blood Orange), there’s a flavor to match every kind of mood.

A bottle or can straight from the ice bucket is totally legit—but if you’re feeling more creative, we’ve got three cocktail recipes featuring Truly’s spritzy flavors that will convince everyone you’re a genius mixologist (because you are, duh).

Scroll down for three cocktail recipes that are totally fit for the season.
