What’s not to love about Alexandra Daddario? The actress—who became an overnight household name when she appeared in Baywatch last summer—is real, seriously funny, and the type of person who embodies #BFFgoals. Best of all? She’s also using her platform to bring about real change, advocating with the United Nations Foundation and the Elizabeth Taylor AIDS Foundation. “I’m excited to have a platform where I can be part of things that help people and that I’m passionate about,” Daddario tells me.

When it comes to self-care, she’s also passionate about straightforward practices that allow her to disconnect and tap into the present moment. “I’m a big believer in yoga—especially in the world we live in, where we’re inundated by information, people, and energy,” Daddario says. “I love having that hour to just shut my brain off and focus on the here and now, and focus in a communal environment.”

As for her beauty routine? It’s a pared-down assortment of multi-taskers and time-savers that favor function over frills, meaning that it’s pretty much every busy girl’s dream come true.  Below, the products she swears by to get her through the day (including a cult-fave she says is a skin-saver).

Keep reading to find out the products Baywatch’s Alexandra Daddario swears by.

Kleenex Wet Wipes, $2

“I think so frequently we’re just so tired because we’re always running around and if you don’t have the energy to get up and wash your face, Kleenex Wet Wipes are a really easy way to get your makeup off,” Daddario tells me. “And your skin will still be soft and it’s not going to hurt your skin, and you don’t have to worry about getting harsh chemicals in your mouth, nose or eyes.”

Vintner’s Daughter Active Botanical Serum, $185

“It seems counterintuitive because it’s an oil—but this serum actually helps prevent and heal breakouts. It’s one of the most remarkable things that I’ve tried,” Daddario tells me. “I was even hesitant to buy it at first because it seemed almost too good to be true in the reviews and it completely healed my skin. So whenever I’m traveling, especially when I’m on a long haul flight, it keeps my skin moisturized but it prevents breakouts so that when you land, you still look great.”

“I like the Neutrogena Scrub that you can get at the drugstore. I’m a big product rotator, except this Neutrogena scrub, which I always coming back to.”

Source Naturals Omega-3 Fish Oil, $32

“I try to get enough sleep and eat healthy, and I take omega-3 fish oil.  I think they’re great for your skin but are also great your body—especially if you’ve been traveling,” she says. “It’s been a consistent part of my life in the last few years.”

Daddario (and Well+Good’s beauty editor) aren’t the only one obsessed with this serum. And find out why Priyanka Chopra loves coconut oil for her skin.
