Amazon might be well on its way to becoming your one-stop shop for all things athleisure: Rumors of the online retailer developing a sportswear line are already shaking up the industry.

According to Bloomberg, the company has been working on its private label with Makalot Industrial Co., a vendor that creates clothing for Gap, Uniqlo, and Kohl's, as well as Eclat Textile Co., a supplier that manufactures high-performance activewear for Nike, Lululemon, and Under Armour.

Bloomberg reported that shares of Lululemon, Nike, and Under Armour immediately fell after the news broke of Amazon's potential future venture.

So what does Amazon's potential deals with the manufacturer of many big brands you already know and love mean for your go-to pair of leggings? Bloomberg reported that shares of Lululemon, Nike, and Under Armour immediately fell after the news broke of Amazon's potential future venture : There's already tight competition in the activewear world, so Amazon coming in with great quality and low prices could hurt other brands already on the market.

There's no word on when Amazon will officially release its line of sportswear (so far the company is staying hush-hush!), but if the rumors are true, the retailer will definitely be a force to be reckoned with.
