This Cult Fave LA Brand Is Launching Activewear—and It’s Selling Out Already

When planning a visit to Los Angeles, the Hollywood Sign, Rodeo Drive, and the Santa Monica Pier might top the list of tourist attractions.

But when a wellness junkie maps out a trip? Throw in a hike to Runyon Canyon, a visit to Kreation and Cafe Gratitude—and definitely a shopping sesh at Aviator Nation.

With its flagship located on the super-trendy strip of Abbot Kinney, Aviator Nation is the epitome of California cool—not to mention the location of the ultimate LA Instagram backdrop. One part laidback '70s, one part surfer chick, the brand is known for its uber-cozy loungewear—with its sweatshirts ranking top slot when it comes to LA souvenirs for cool-girl visitors. (So much so that every time they have a pop-up out of state, they sell out immediately.)

While perfect for hygge-ing it up on the couch, the line was never really suited for time on the mat or studio—until now.

The brand has just announced—and released—a performance line of leggings, filled with technical specs to take you from the mat to the beach in style. The collection is on the smaller side for now—although it does include five different styles in three colors ranging from $111 for cropped and to $122 for full length—but the brand has big plans to launch sports bras, shorts, and activewear tanks soon.

Made with two different types of fabrics for either high-intensity or yoga workouts, the pieces are all made in California with locally sourced materials and locally inspired mantras and designs. Meaning while you're trudging through the snow, you can channel that inner beach bum in style.
