Pamper Your Décolletage With These 5 Products for *Double* the Self-Care

Beauty products have been expanding their horizons, or rather their regions as of late: Butt masks, lady-bit exfoliators, and even belly button glycolic acid wash are all fair game. But there's one skin surface area area in your self-care regimen that deserves double the love. That's right, I'm talking about cleavage.

Just consider this: On a daily basis, you probably stuff your boobs into sports bras and T-shirt varieties only to forget about them for the rest of the day until (hallelujah!) it's time to unclasp and slip into your PJs. So to help you squeeze in a little extra one-on-two time with the girls, we asked Michelle Connelly, Director of Merchandising and Planning at clean-beauty mecca Credo, to give her recs.

At the very least, you can use up the last drop of your normal skin-care products on your chest, she says. "I always smooth the leftover product that I use on my face onto my neck and décolletage. This is a great place to start if you’re not already treating that area." However, if you're interested in being just a tad extra with your décolletage-care routine, Connelly offers the products to help you do just that.

January Labs Daily Brightening Tonic, $34

"You exfoliate your face regularly, but your décolletage needs the same type of TLC, especially if you are concerned with sun spots," Connelly says. "This lactic acid toner is a simple and easy way to gently exfoliate, which will help the active ingredients of your other products absorb faster. It also contains witch hazel that will help fight acne-causing bacteria."

SkinOwl Neck+, $73

"This serum was designed specifically for firming and brightening the neck and décolletage. Packed with age-defying ingredients, it will help skin look smooth, supple and quenched. It’s also a great product to use if you’re prone to acne in this area, as it also combats inflammation," says the beauty guru.

8 Faces Boundless Solid Oil, $88

"This is a superstar all-in-one product that has nearly endless uses. The hero ingredient, Amla Berry, is super-rich in vitamin C to help reduce dark spots and other signs of sun damage. The skin on your chest is naturally thin, so damage can be easily visible, but the abundance of antioxidants will leave skin glowing," Connelly explains.

Herbivore Botanicals Bamboo Charcoal Soap, $13

"Keep this soap in the shower to not only use it on your face, but you can extend the suds to your body, including décolletage (and back!)," instructs Connelly. "The activated bamboo charcoal deeply cleanses and detoxifies skin, helping to clean and care for skin that is oily or blemish-prone."

Love Sun Body Mineral Sunscreen SPF 30 Lightly Scented, $32

"Help prevent spots and other signs of aging with a mineral sunscreen like this one. I love this sunscreen for the scent—it’s delicious. And because it comes in a travel-friendly size to throw in your purse for 24/7 protection," she says.
