Putting myself together post-workout usually requires a steaming hot shower, an extra set of clothes, and a gym bag’s worth of clean beauty and skin-care products. But mostly, it just takes time. Which is something Kayla Itsines, the superstar, Aussie fitness trainer behind the BBG workout method, doesn’t always have. So, how does she go from sweaty to chic…if she only has 15 minutes to get ready?
Her ride-or-die beauty product is dry shampoo, which she relies on to tame her shiny locks in between washes. And while she says she’ll normally just grab whichever brand from the drugstore, she does cite Kevin Murphy Fresh Hair Dry Cleaning Spray as one of her favorites for its fresh scent. Once the dry shampoo has worked its magic, Itsines pulls her hair into a sleek updo with the help of a donut hair bun maker.
