Kristen Bell is hilarious (hello, Bad Moms). She can sing (remember that little movie called Frozen?). She loves dogs. She rocks $3 organic perfume, eats her kid’s leftover oatmeal at breakfast, and is outspoken and honest about her struggles with depression.

So yeah, the 37-year-old actress, mental health advocate, and mom of two is pretty much all-around #goals. And now, the face of Neutrogena can add one more cool-girl credit to the growing list of reasons she’s the world’s most desirable BFF: She’s all about that clean-beauty life.

Her best-kept beauty secret comes for free: “Sleep and drink a lot of water.”

“I have dry/combination skin, so [my facialist] always dissuades me from using harsh products that will strip all the natural oils,” Bell tells W magazine.

The Good Place star also shared her best beauty advice—and plenty of her favorite products are Well+Good-approved.

In addition to using coconut oil “for everything,” Bell also loves Fat and the Moon Deodorant Cream, Amber Oil by Nemat International, and Skyn Iceland Hydro Cooling Firming Eye Gels.

And her best-kept beauty secret comes for free: “Sleep and drink a lot of water,” she says. (Which reminds me: When are we going to get some nap bars here in the US?)

Bell’s in good natural-beauty-loving celeb company: Emma Watson, Lucy Boynton, and Kourtney Kardashian are all fans. For some skin-care and makeup inspo, here are the top-rated natural products on Amazon right now
