That’s right, skipping the concealer, blush, or anything else that you’d normally deem essential (without skipping the sunscreen, of course).
By wearing zero makeup you can’t hide behind a mask; you get to see the real, beautiful you.
“A big part of my philosophy towards fitness is to love the skin you’re in,” De La Rue explains. “I really try and promote self love and encourage my clients to look in the mirror and point out one thing they love about themselves–often it’s their eyes, cheekbones, or smile.”
