These days, there are countless natural-beauty products you can use to give your complexion a boost, and since the industry has shifted toward the mainstream, you can find great natural goodies at national chains like Walmart and Target. In an interview with Byrdie, Victoria’s Secret model Stella Maxwell revealed she never buys any products that contain perfumes or chemicals in the formula. Instead, she likes to go au naturel by getting her beauty fix straight from the source. “You can take [aloe vera] fresh out of the leaf. It’s amazing just to sit with,” she says of the anti-inflammatory, antioxidant-rich, cooling ingredient. “If you’re watching TV, you can throw it on and let it sit on your skin. It’s really hydrating and completely natural.”

Her love of Netflix and (face) chilling with aloe isn’t the only wellness-centric habit in Maxwell’s daily regimen: She also meditates 20 minutes each day, goes on hikes, FaceTimes her yoga instructor for on-the-go workouts, and eats a healthy diet, packed with fruits and veggies.

So grab a freshly-cut aloe leaf and a crudités platter for a beautifying binge-watching sesh, à la Maxwell. By the time Netflix asks you if you’re still watching (don’t you just hate that?), you’ll be glowing.
