Los Angeles, you’re in stylish luck, because Sweaty Betty, London’s super-chic activewear brand, opened a brand new boutique on Abbot Kinney on Friday, November 20.

This is Sweaty Betty’s first store in California, although the fashion-forward brand has three locations on the East Coast, and 40-plus stores in the UK. (They’ve been doing this super popular athleisure thing long before it was called that.)

But this location won’t be like any other, as Sweaty Betty brings Venice Beach-meets-British seaside touches to the store, with beach-chairs, branded skateboards, surfboards and bikes, and an outdoor “Zen Den” patio with space to listen to music, read, and relax. The “God Save the Queen” graffiti wall and cute labels that refer to long-sleeve tops as jumpers are a more direct nod to the motherland.

Plus, of course, there will be tons of the runway-inspired, performance-ready activewear that Sweaty Betty is known for—think innovative pieces for yoga, barre, the beach, and beyond—and in-store fit club workouts with popular local trainers.

LA, get ready for this super stylish British invasion.
