No longer are wait-lists the stuff of Birkin bag lore; women are going all Samantha Jones over not just luxury accessories, but their favorite fitness fashion items as well. First up? These Everlane sweats, which had more than 6,000 workout obsessed-shoppers vying for a pair.

And now, Tory Sport has a pair of track pants that sold out in a day.

What makes this one item—a wide-leg, Annie Hall-plays-tennis track knit—so special? When we say the pants are new, we truly mean it: They made their debut this Tuesday at Tory Burch’s New York Fashion Week show. The athleisure-loving designer jumped on this year’s big “see now, buy now” trend, wherein labels are no longer making you wait six months until you can spot (and purchase) their pieces in stores; instead, you can shop them mere minutes after the last model struts down the runway.

That means you can get your hands on seven pieces from the Tory Sport collection of ’70s-inspired zip-up jackets, performance polos, and those aforementioned pants (all in punchy primary and pastel shades of blue, red, and white) this very moment, even though they were just shown on the fall ’16 runway.

So what explains the sell-out? For one thing, the entire collection is reasonably priced (by Fashion Week standards), ranging from $105 to $225. There’s also the fact that on the runway Burch styled her Tory Sport pieces with designs from her equally preppy, equally cool main collection—giving women a living, breathing example of how exactly you can turn a pair of to-the-gym pants into something closer to chic than sweaty (and wearable all day).

And while we can’t say for sure whether the pants will re-appear once fall ’16 collections actually hit stores, considering that by then Tory Sport will have its very own space, we feel confident that your waiting list days will be over.

Check out the rest of the not-yet-sold-out pieces below.
