Rachel Lapidos | Well+Good Beauty + Fitness Editor

For the past 3 years at Well+Good, Rachel’s been slathering on all manner of beauty elixirs in the name of research and trend-spotting. She’s interviewed Bobbi Brown, Miranda Kerr, Dr. Perricone, and more, reporting on everything Well+Good readers need to know for their best skin ever. Rachel has a master’s degree in journalism from NYU and has previously written about everything from culture and fashion to private equity.

Christine Chang | Co-Founder of Glow Recipe

Christine has an extensive background in the beauty industry, which lead her and Sarah Lee to launch Glow Recipe in 2017. With the mission to create a US hub for the best of Korean beauty, the duo also developed Glow Recipe Skincare, an innovative line, that includes the best-selling, waitlisted Watermelon Glow Sleeping Mask. Christine’s background in skin-care formulations and the business of global beauty began at L’Oreal Korea and Lancôme, then at Kiehl’s Since 1851, where she lead growth into 40+ countries and became a top 5 brand.

Jessica Richards | Founder of Shen Beauty

Known in the beauty industry as “The Cool Hunter,” Jessica Richards founded Shen in 2010 as a Brooklyn haven for undiscovered, organic lines, and exclusive European imports. Jessica has long embraced indie beauty and is often sought out to assist other retailers in their deep dive into the beauty and wellness space. Jessica oversaw the migration under Eva Chen of Lucky Magazine to E-comm, and creating the Beauty and Wellness category for Free People.

Malena HigueraGlobal and US General Manager Dermablend Professional

Malena Higuera joined the L’Oreal USA Executive Committee as the General Manager of Dermablend in 2016, inspired by the cosmetic brand’s digitally native roots, cross-cultural propensity and authentic followership, and comprehensive ability to seamlessly cover all sorts of skin issues. Previously, she served as SVP of marketing at L’Oreal Paris, where she launched the industry-changing app Makeup Genius. She’s also an advertising adjunct professor at the S.I. Newhouse School of Communications at Syracuse University.
