1/18Last weekend, we headed to Montauk for the second of our three Surfside Salutations events at The Surf Lodge, sponsored by C9 by Champion at Target. (The third and last one is on August 22!)
We kicked off the morning with an outdoor vinyasa class led by star yoga teacher Heather Lilleston (of Yoga for Bad People and and Yoga Vida), talked about cravings and desire with Alexandra Jamieson, got on the water with Paddle Diva, and spent the rest of the afternoon brunching, braiding, and so much more.
Click through to see some of our favorite moments from the sold-out event…and then make sure to grab your August tickets before they’re gone!

3/18We got to do literal sun (and surfside) salutations.
Doing chair pose by the water almost felt like lounging seaside on beach chairs.
5/18Each attendee got to take home a super-sleek, functional C9 by Champion sports bra.
6/18Fresh braids by RPZL to go with our cute new bras!
7/18Friends who sip out of a coconut together, stay together.

Star wellness guru and author Alexandra Jamieson (whom you might remember from Super Size Me?!) lead brilliant, feel-good workshops that included some posture empowerment tricks.
10/18Okay, we really want you to learn about this paint brush self-awareness practice with Alex Jamieson first hand.
11/18Nope—that’s not juice! Splendid Spoon provided a quick way to refuel with their newest cold-soup bottled blends.

15/18EiR NYC helped attendees keep their skin hydrated after a day outdoors with a DIY after-sun oil station.
16/18Coconut oil was obviously a main ingredient.
