5 no-equipment-needed workouts for holiday travel

1/6
bodyweight workout routinesYou already have to figure out how to transport your bag full of cute holiday outfits and three delicate pies (plus gifts, come December!). So a word of advice: leave the kettlebells at home.

To help you get your sweat on while you’re on the road or crashing in mom and dad’s basement, we selected five effective workouts you can do anywhere, with absolutely no equipment. (Okay, you might prefer to have a mat, but it isn’t necessary.)

They’re all free on Youtube, range from HIIT to barre, and are short—between eight and 35 minutes—so you’ll be able to fit them into your crazed, holiday schedule, too. Throw a sports bra in your suitcase now, and you’re good to go. —Lisa Elaine Held
