Nowadays, boxing is the workout of choice for so many supermodels, and you can add Adriana Lima to the very top of that list. But what’s her secret to staying fit when she’s traveling to some far-flung locale? (Punching bags would be pretty hard to lug around an airport, after all.)

“A good trick of mine is packing a jump rope and doing ten minutes in my room first thing in the morning to get my heart rate up,” Lima reveals in a recent interview with CR Fashion BookIt’s brilliant considering jumping rope—which you most likely had fun with as a child—is an easy way to knock out cardio fast and it’s also super carry-on friendly.

Though the Brazilian supermodel admits that staying healthy while on the road is challenging, she has other tips up her sleeve. “If I have a gym at my hotel, I’ll wake up and do a quick workout,” says Lima. “Or I’ll run outside as a way to see the place that I’m visiting.” Low-key and a way to sight-see? Multitasking at its healthiest.

This is Behati Prinsloo’s go-to travel-friendly fitness equipment of choice. Or you could opt for one of these 5 equipment-free workouts for holiday travel.
