If you’ve ever taken an aerial silks class, you know that what you think you look like and what you actually look like don’t always match up.

Chrissy Teigen, who tried her hand at aerial silks while vacationing in Bali with husband John Legend and 15-month-old daughter Luna, can relate.

Leave it to the always-candid Cravings author to LOL with the punches, though. Teigen, never one to shy away from a keeping-it-real moment, posted a video of herself doing aerial yoga, and it wasn’t quite Cirque du Soleil-worthy—but it was seriously endearing.

“My body and mind have never felt so clear.”

Teigen shared a clip of herself mid-inversion, struggling to return to the upright position her instructor, Amy (“the most patient human in the world,” Teigen captioned), was helping her toward. As Teigen is upside down, wrapped in the silks, her instructor guides her through the motions of lifting herself back up. It’s all going well, until Teigen can’t quite make that final move happen. “I thought that’d be way more relaxing,” Teigen said, laughing as she made her way back onto two feet.

Inversion episodes aside, the trip to Bali was just what Teigen needed. “My body and mind have never felt so clear,” she shared in a separate post. “Thank you for getting me to move again (first time since I was eight months pregnant and Luna is ummm 15 months old) and giving me some much-needed body and nutrition schooling.”

As for whether she’s now a fully committed, vegan-living, aerial-loving yogi? “Don’t worry, everyone. I still love me some 99-cent…tacos,” she wrote. “Balance!”
