Classpass’ Latest Offering Lets You Get Some R & R on a Mini Wellness Vacay

ClassPass has expanded far beyond being a platform for scoring spots in class at your favorite boutique fitness studios. Though the booking tool still certainly offers that all-star function, earlier this year, the company started offering wellness and beauty services, like cryotherapy, massages, and blowouts, as a pilot program in New York City. And there were also the launches of the at-home options: ClassPass Live for unlimited streaming workout videos and ClassPass Go for free trainer-led audio workouts. And now a new function is rolling out that lets subscribers use credits to go on mini wellness vacays.

ClassPass Getaways will allow members to book daylong experiences at unique destinations with one goal in mind: practicing self-care to the extreme. According to a press release, each trip—with the first being announced on August 29—is specially curated, providing access to different fitness programs from popular boutique studios, complimentary wellness and beauty treatments, and delicious food. "We’re thrilled to give members the opportunity to take a mini-escape from their day-to-day to try new things and explore unfamiliar places," says ClassPass founder Payal Kadakia. "It’s our hope that attendees will leave feeling energized and empowered to continue living life to their absolute fullest."

Just like classes, Getaways can be booked right through the credit system and will cost an equivalent to about or two classes, a company rep tells me. And once you sign up, everything is all-inclusive, from the transportation and fitness classes to the snacks and treatments. While the specific destinations and offerings are currently hush-hush, expect quiet getaways from urban areas—like destinations near a beach, in the mountains, or at a lake. And one offering already in the works? Treatments from the Red Door Salon & Spa. Basically, it's just the quick (and affordable!) breather every #girlboss needs to reset from a ridiculously busy schedule. And who knows? Maybe you'll even meet a new workout BFF while you're livin' it up.

You need to try this do-anywhere ab workout from fitness star Holly Rilinger. Or, do Anna Victoria's total-body scorcher.
