Inside the life of one of the world’s most famous fitness stars

With over 10 million active social media fans across various platforms, Emily Skye is one of the world’s most in-demand fitness stars.

A quick scroll through the F.I.T. founder‘s Instagram (with 1.7 million followers and counting, NBD) conjures a couple thoughts. The first: holy abs! The second: Does she seriously work out all the time?

Curious about what exactly it takes to reach that level of sweatdom, we tapped Skye to give us a behind-the-scenes look at what life is really like for a fitness social media star. On Saturday, September 10, she’ll be taking over our Instagram for a no-holds-barred look.

All day long, she’ll be getting real with W+G readers—revealing everything from what she actually eats to how she spends her free time (does she even have any?!) to, yes, her workouts. If you’ve ever been fascinated by the world of the uber-fit, this is your chance to see how the other (super-sculpted) half lives.

Unfamiliar with Skye? The Australian started out as a fitness model but soon became more interested in training than posing—not that she shies away from the camera. Wanting to pass her knowledge on to others, she created F.I.T., a program filled with workouts, nutritious recipes, and tips on staying mentally and emotionally healthy.

And if her takeover is the motivation you need to refresh your routine, there’s even better news: Skye will also be customizing an entire fall workout plan exclusively for Well+Good readers. Check back in later this week for the downloadable—and free—plan. No judgement if you selfie your way through it.

While you wait, you can do these sculpting moves anywhere. And if you’re in dire need of some new music to get you pumped up, here’s the ultimate workout playlist, courtesy of pro athletes.
