If you’ve been desperately searching for something—anything!—to help you get through this week, here you go: Emma Roberts decided to bring a dog along to her Pilates sesh. Needless to say, her workout buddy kind of stole the show.

Roberts has been a fan of the low-impact, body-toning classes for years; whenever she comes to the East Coast, the actor hits up New York Pilates. But now she’s turning up the temp a bit with a workout that’s getting some buzz: hot Pilates.

Her favorite spot back home in California is the West Hollywood studio My Hot Pilates, which offers a signature class that combines an hour of intermediate mat work with a whole lot of heat. And at $15 for your first class, it’s definitely a workout worth sampling. Another thing worth trying? The #SquatYourDog fitness trend—especially if you have canine company as cute as Roberts’ little friend.

After working out with your dog, treat it to a pet-friendly pumpkin spice latte, and obviously get yourself a PSL too for the ultimate #twinning goals.
