We’re excited to announce that Well+Good’s Fitness Biathlon is back—and it’s better (and bigger) than ever.

Now in its fourth year, our annual event features double-header workouts from the buzziest studios around. From 3-5 p.m. on Saturday, October 22nd, we’ll be taking over all of Manhattan—that’s right, from the Upper East and West Sides all the way downtown to TriBeCa—to bring you 31 heart-pumping back-to-back class options. Think high-intensity boot camp sessions, ultra-relaxing yoga, and everything in between. (And we mean everything, from Pilates reformers to rowing machines.)

Not only will you get in a crazy-good workout, but you’ll also leave with an extra-special goodie bag filled with goodies from our sponsors Sweaty Betty, Vega, and Degree (we take our swag very seriously).

Best of all? It’s for a good cause. This year, we’re partnering with the Young Survival Coalition, a nonprofit organization that’s all about fighting and raising awareness around breast cancer in younger women.
