The fitness wearable market may be expanding at the speed of light (or, okay, at least at the speed of your workouts), but some of the oldie-but-goldie brands still reign supreme. This Cyber Monday, Amazon is offering $130 off the Garmin Vivoactive 3, making it a steal at $120. And if you ask anyone who's owned one of these babies since the company's founding in 1989, they'll tell you that snatching up this deal will mean game-changing HIIT sessions, runs, and weight-lifting sessions in the future.

While Garmin has many, many iterations of its signature fitness tracker, this one has some special and unique features you need to have on your radar. First of all, the device has a built-in GPS which is key for anyone who wants to log miles on-bike or on-foot with accuracy. It also comes pre-loaded with Garmin Pay, a contactless form of payment that allows you to leave your credit card at home and skip the credit card swipe.

When it comes to tracking your health, the Vivoactive 3 doesn't take any shortcuts. Along with tracking your VO2 max (a key metric for determining your overall health), your watch will also monitor your stress levels by calculating your heart rate variability (HRV) while you are inactive. "Training, physical activity, sleep, nutrition, and general life stress all impact your stress level," writes Garmin. "The stress level range is from 0 to 100, where 0 to 25 is a resting state, 26 to 50 is low stress, 51 to 75 is medium stress, and 76 to 100 is a high stress state." You'll know thy stress as well as how high your heart rate got during your fifth round of burpees.

Band colors for the Garmin Vivoactive 3 are flying of Amazon shelves, so make sure you add one of these to your cart if you want to be wearing it by the end of the week. Other Garmin models also have price-slashes today (like the Garmin Instinct, which is $150 off, and the Garmin Forerunner, which is $231 off), so keep that in mind, too. Happy sweating, everyone.
